About the Day
Here is the intended wedding/reception plan:
We plan to have a Caribbean Wedding and marry in the Dominican Republic because we both love to travel and since we got together it has been like paradise. Therefore we have chosen Paradisus an all inclusive resort as our wedding location in the Dominican Republic. Check out the site below, it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!
Our intentention is to Marry in June of 2009 at Paradisus in the Dominican Republic, and then come home to have a recepetion for those unable to attend the wedding in the Caribbean On June 18th at Malone College Johnson Center atrium. We will havr a Carribean themed reception with our intended wedding party and everyone will get to see our wedding nuptuals through the technology of video on a wide screen so that they can view the wedding as if they were there. Although we hope as many people that would like to come can come to the Dominican Republic as well feel it will also be a vacation for you as well- we are setting up this website for those who want to stay informed and attend all our wedding events and to plan so that we may all have a joyous time in the festivities.
We plan to get married early in the week in the evening as the sun is going down so that we can ensue a celebration vacation/honeymoon for the remainder of the week on the island and enjoy the resort.
In lieu of presents and a wedding registry, we would ask everyone to give a gift of financial blessing as we embark on our lives together.
These gifts can be accepted and recieved at the wedding reception or at the actual wedding for those who plan to attend.
